It's not easy to keep things in order without good measure of tension poured in our working days. As far as our history of foundation is concerned, we have practically done a small practice - filling our day with laughter. That's how we manage to survive in even the most demanding, challenging situation in our office.
At Nuevo, we don't kill your personal interest - thus, if you feel playing guitar could help you reduce stress, just bring your guitar and strum it as you like. If music could help you work better, then, play it to suit your taste. If you feel like watching MTV or Channel V, just switch on the TV and let the 24 hours programmes to accompany you. As a creative person, we know you would need some break to refresh. Our intention is simple - to keep the energy level as high as possible all the way through.
In doing our work, we have specific approach though (please see Our Workflow). And we strictly adhere to our approach, since we believe it helps to come out with workable creative. To us, creativity without practicality bring both our clients and us to nowhere. Like other agencies, we do practice systematic jobs filing system, production scheduling, a compulsory weekly general meeting (on every Monday morning), etc. We also practice internal critique sessions, where every Nuevo insiders gather, share ideas and comments on concepts and artworks in progress.
We are serious in helping our clients - everybody within Nuevo must hold on to the workflow; no matter what the situation is. Yet, we are having fun doing it.
